Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Show

Your appointment is very important to the Jay’s Xquisite team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice prior to appointment cancellations or rescheduling an appointment.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and client's on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive service.

CANCELLATIONS: Again kindly provide at least 24 hours notice prior to cancellations or rescheduling an appointment to avoid charging on your card.

No SHOW: customers who fail to show for appointment ( filling to cancel) will be charged 50% of the service fee ( reserved cost).

Any late canceled or changed without 24 hours notice will be charged 25% of the service fee (reserved cost).

When To Arrive:

Please plan to arrive at 10 minutes prior to the appointment to allow time for check-in and getting settled. Due to the nature of our work and the dedication to our customers we may sometimes have a long-running appointment. If we expect an appointment to run late and impact another appointment, we'll contact you directly.

NOTE: we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this confirmation email or text, you have the following without a charged.

-Confirm your appointment link provided in the email.

-Reschedule / change/ modify your appointment from your online account.

-cancel your appointment from your online account.

-Respond back by email with any change or issues.

-call our shop Number which is provided in the email or website.

*Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in fees charged. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointment from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received Timely. A link to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar is provided on every electronic confirmation.

*It is collective understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstance beyond any of our control, such as power outage, the unfortunate incidence or weather that require you or us to have cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and No discount or change will apply.

Jay’s Salon Xquisite stand by our policies. We feel that it's only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If we have to cancel a client with less than 24 hours notice of their appointment scheduled, we will honor The same system and your next appointment will be 50% off the reserved service.

PAYMENT METHOD

The following methods are accepted. Cash or credit/debit cards. 3% surcharge will be added to all credit/debit cards transactions. Feel unrestricted to arrive with Cash upon arriving for your appointment. All appointment must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A credit card hold transaction may be made on your card to reserve the appointment period. All Data is Encrypted and Jay’s salon Xquisite does not have access to your credit card information.

SALON SAFETY

Jay’s salon welcomes all well-behaved children over the age of 5. However, we ask that you please remind your children to resist opening up magazines, running, spinning or climbing and putting their feet on chairs. Opening any close drawers, grabbing tools or trays. Some contain Sharp objects, chemicals and got tools that can cause harm to your children. Parents /Adults must accompany them to their bathroom to avoid disorders. It's best to leave them home with someone or get a baby sitter. If your little ones choose to play or watch video on their electronics, we ask that you please remind them to use headphones to listen. Your pampering is so important to us and we want to give our full attention to you.

*Please inform us of any allergies and medical circumstance prior to your service and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

Our first-time clients are advised to disclose their hair history for the past one year but not limited to any Mon- Professional colors that have been used ( Box Dye etc.) Chemical Damage( Excessive bleaching, perms, relaxer, etc.). And mechanical damage(eg. Excessive heat styling, breakage, etc). Extension Damage (eg. Braids weave, Glue, etc. These Factors may affect or prevent our ability to perform certain service or require additional services to neutralize.

*We will do our best to accommodate for any existing damage and prevent excessive addition destruction. However, we're not liable for Damage or unexpected results that come from the client withholding relevant hair history as stated above.

The 24 hours cancellation policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Jay’s salon agreement are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
